If you’re unable to upload documents in the mobile app, try uploading a file no larger than 5 MB. Make sure the file is in a supported format — it must be a PDF document or an image file.
If the upload still fails, please try again using the web version of the platform.
If you're unable to upload documents through either method, please send the requested documents to [email protected] and include a brief explanation of the issue that prevented the file uploading in a usual way.
If possible, please attach a screenshot or video recording of the error — this will help us fix potential upload issues in the future.
