How to customize charts in the Forex Club terminal?

The Forex Club trading terminal offers flexible chart settings to fit any strategy. You can choose a convenient timeframe and chart type, add indicators and drawing tools (shapes, rays, lines), as well as modify the chart style (color, fill).

Please note that the web version of the terminal offers advanced functionality. The mobile app only supports selecting a timeframe, changing the chart type, and adding indicators.

How to change the timeframe of a chart?

In the upper-left corner above the chart, click the triangle toggle icon and select the desired timeframe from the extended menu.

How to change the chart type?

The following chart types are available in the web terminal: bars, candles, hollow candles, line, area, and Heiken Ashi.

Click the triangle toggle icon above the chart and choose the preferred option from the drop-down menu.

How to change the chart display mode (direction)?

There are two ways of displaying the chart: by the selling price (Bid) and by the buying price (Ask).

To change the display mode, use the arrow icon showing the direction (at the top right of the chart) and select the price display type in the dropdown menu.

How to add indicators?

  1. Switch the chart to full-screen mode.

  2. On the top toolbar, click the "Indicators" button and select the tool from the drop-down list.

How to compare charts of multiple Instruments simultaneously?

  1. Switch the chart to full-screen mode.

  2. On the top toolbar, click the "Compare" button and select additional trading instruments.

  3. The selected instruments will be displayed over the current chart, and their names will appear in its upper-left corner.

  4. You can temporarily hide any added instrument, customize its style and price display, or completely remove it using the control panel located next to the name of each instrument.

How to add graphical tools?

The web terminal offers a wide selection of graphical tools, including trend lines, shapes, text notes, and templates for advanced technical analysis.

All these tools are located on the left sidebar of the chart in full-screen mode.

After adding any graphical element, you can customize its style, clone, lock, hide, or remove it using the floating toolbar.

If you use a large number of graphical elements on your chart, take a look at the "Objects Tree" tab. All applied objects are displayed here: you can change their layers (visual order), lock them against accidental shifts, hide them, or delete specific elements.

How to change chart colors and fill?

You can customize the style of the chart itself, as well as any drawing tool or graphical element.

  1. In full-screen mode, right-click anywhere on the chart.

  2. Hover over "Time Scale" and select the "Timezone/Sessions Properties" option.

The "Style" tab defines the chart type and price series display. Here, you can choose the color and thickness of the price line and configure its fill settings.

The "Scales" tab allows you to manage chart scaling, toggle the display of the left or right axis, configure price labels, and adjust chart margins.

On the "Background" tab, you can customize the background color of the chart, grid lines, scales, and crosshair.
