How to add a new card when withdrawing funds using the "Transfer to card" method?

Updated this week

To withdraw funds via the "Transfer to card" method, you may use a previously linked card that was used to make a deposit via the "Debit/credit card" method (if available in your region).

If you are using the "Transfer to card" method, a new card must be added manually.

Please note that any withdrawal in favor of a third party person is strictly prohibited.

How to manually add a new card?

⚠️ Adding new cards is only available in the desktop version of the platform.

  1. Go to the "Withdraw" section.

  2. Select the "Transfer to card" method.

  3. Tap "Manage payment methods".

  4. Click "Add new".

  5. Enter the cardholder’s name exactly as it appears on the card. If the card does not display a name, enter your first and last name in Latin characters as per your agreement with the bank. Enter the card number without spaces.

  6. On the same screen, upload the supporting documents for the card and its owner:

    1. Photo of the front side of the card
For security purpose please hide the middle digits so that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible. The edges of the card, cardholder name, and expiry date must be clearly visible.

    2. Photo of the back side of the card
Hide the CVV code. If the card number is embossed on the back, hide the middle digits in the same way (first 6 and last 4 visible), adjusted for the card being reversed.

    3. A photo of a bank statement with an official stamp / a PDF statement from online banking / or a screenshot of the statement from online banking (including the browser’s address bar). The statement must clearly show the cardholder’s full name and the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number.

    4. If the card is virtual, upload a screenshot from online banking showing the URL-bar, full name, card number (first 6 and last 4 digits), and a clear indication that the card is virtual.

  7. Click "Save" to submit your new card for review. Your card will be reviewed and verified.

  • If all information is correct and matches your profile, and the uploaded documents meet the quality and compliance requirements, you will receive an email notification confirming that the card has been approved. You will then be able to initiate withdrawals to this card.

  • If the card is in someone else’s name, or if the documents are incorrect or incomplete, the request will be rejected, and you will receive an email explaining the reason for rejection. In this case, you must submit a new request with valid information and correct documents.
