Desktop
Go to the "Profile management" section in your Personal Account area (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
At the bottom of the page select "Edit" next to the "Phone number" field.
Enter the new phone number and click "Save changes".
Complete the security captcha.
You will receive an email to confirm the changes. Once confirmed, your request will be automatically submitted for verification.
Please note: to confirm the phone number change, the system may request an ID document.
Important: the phone number change may take up to 2 (two) business days. We kindly ask you not to create more than 1 request to change phone number, as this may increase the processing time of the request.
Mobile app
Go to the "More" section.
Click on your name at the top of the page.
Go to the "Personal details" menu.
Click on your phone number.
Enter the new phone number and click "Save changes".
