To change your phone number from the web platform:
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Select "Profile Management".
3- Click the "Edit" button to the right of your phone number
4-Enter the new phone number and click "Save Changes"
5- Complete the security captcha
6- You will receive an email to confirm the change.
✅Done! Your data has been sent for review.
Please note that the system may ask the client to upload an identity document to confirm this operation.
Important: The phone number change may take up to 48 business hours; it is not immediate. We recommend not submitting multiple requests, as this may increase the waiting time.
Mobile device
How to change your phone number from the app?
If you prefer to do it from your mobile:
Open the Libertex app.
Tap the "More" button (three dots in the lower right corner).
3- Then on your name.
4- Select "Personal Information".
5- Click on your phone number.
6- Edit the phone number and click “Save Changes”.
7- You will receive an email to confirm the change.
