Go to the "Profile management" section in your Personal Account area (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
Click "Edit".
Mobile app
Go to the "More" section.
Click on your name at the top of the page.
Go to the "Personal details" menu.
Click "Edit personal info".
Important information
When changing your personal information, you may be asked to provide a photo of your identification document. If you have changed your last name, you also need to provide a document confirming the name change in addition to your passport. After submitting a request to update your personal information, please wait for the request to be processed.
Requests to change personal information are usually processed within 1-2 business days. We kindly ask you not to create more than 1 request to change personal data, as this may increase the processing time of the request.
We recommend carefully monitoring incoming notifications both on your terminal and via email.
