How can I change my email address?

The email change procedure may take up to 2 (two) business days. We kindly ask you not to create more than 1 request to change email address, as this may increase the processing time of the request.

Please note: to confirm the email address change, the system may request an ID document.


Desktop

  1. Go to the "Profile management" section in your Personal Account area (hover over your name in the upper right corner).

  2. At the bottom of the page select "Edit" next to the "Password" field.

  3. Enter new email and click "Save changes".

  4. Complete the security captcha.

  5. If you have already deposited funds into your account and completed voluntary verification (KYC), you can securely change your associated email address using our quick liveness check. Simply complete a fast face scan to confirm your identity, and your new email will be verified in seconds.

    If you haven't made any deposits yet, we will send a confirmation link to your new email address to approve the change. Once confirmed, your request will be automatically submitted for verification.


Mobile app

  1. Go to the "More" section.

  2. Click on your name at the top of the page.

  3. Go to the "Personal details" menu.

  4. Click on your email address.

  5. Enter new email address and click "Save changes".

  6. If you have already deposited funds into your account and completed voluntary verification (KYC), you can securely change your associated email address using our quick liveness check. Simply complete a fast face scan to confirm your identity, and your new email will be verified in seconds.
