Desktop
Go to the "Profile management" section in your Personal Account area (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
At the bottom of the page select "Edit" next to the "Password" field.
Enter new email and click "Save changes".
Complete the security captcha.
You will receive an email at the new address to confirm the changes. Once confirmed, your request will be automatically submitted for verification.
Please note: to confirm the email address change, the system may request an ID document.
Important: the email change procedure may take up to 2 (two) business days. We kindly ask you not to create more than 1 request to change email address, as this may increase the processing time of the request.
Mobile app
Go to the "More" section.
Click on your name at the top of the page.
Go to the "Personal details" menu.
Click on your email address.
Enter new email address and click "Save changes".
