A Bonus account is a special account automatically created for each user to track bonus funds granted as part of various loyalty programs and/or promotional campaigns.

Bonus funds (Bonuses) are monetary funds that may be provided as part of various loyalty and/or bonus programs. Bonuses may be issued in conditional (non-monetary) units or in real monetary funds. Bonuses can be withdrawable and non-withdrawable. A withdrawable Bonus may be withdrawn by the trader to their personal account in a bank (or other payment organization) and may be used for performing Trading Operations. A non-withdrawable Bonus cannot be withdrawn but may be used for performing Trading Operations.

Bonus funds are provided for participation in various loyalty/bonus programs and Company promotions, the details of which are provided by the Company on the website, in the application, or by other means.

Bonus funds are displayed in the "Profile Management" section (the "Bonus section" tab). In the mobile app, bonuses can be found in the "Wallet" section (the "Bonus account" tab).

The maximum amount of bonus funds cannot exceed:

Bonus funds exceeding the maximum amount are stored in the Bonus account in the "Wallet" section.

If the trader increases/decreases the balance of their real trading account, the remaining amount of bonus funds available for trading is automatically adjusted at the end of the day at 21:00 GMT. Open positions are not taken into account when calculating the ratio of real funds to bonus funds.

Bonuses in your account can be used to increase the margin of your trading operations.

For example, if you have $100 of real funds and $20 of bonuses, you can open a trade for $120. However, note that the profit from the trade will be in real monetary funds. The received profit can be withdrawn or used to open other trades.

If you have a trading loss, this may affect the bonus funds. Please note that in case of a trading loss in trades, real funds will be deducted first, and then bonus funds.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the validity of bonus funds at any time and without prior notice (for example, when the total loss of open trades exceeds the amount of real funds in the trading account). The Company disclaims any responsibility for losses that may arise in connection with the termination of the bonus funds validity. We strongly recommend checking the balance of your own funds in the account to avoid position closure by Stop-Out.

Bonus funds have a limited validity period. It depends on the program under which the bonuses are granted (bonus program, individual offer from the Company, etc.). The minimum validity period of bonus funds is 30 days from the date of their issuance.

After the expiration of the bonus validity period, they are written off from the accounts: from the bonus account and the trading account. If the account is inactive for 30 calendar days (i.e., no trading or open positions), the Company reserves the right to terminate all available bonus funds on the user’s accounts.
