Typically, when funding your trading account with a bank card, funds are credited within a few minutes. Depending on the load of payment systems, it may sometimes take a bit longer.
If the funds do not appear in your trading account balance, please follow these steps:
Log out and then log back into your Personal Account to refresh your current balance.
Check all other accounts in your Personal Account (for example, Portfolio or MetaTrader). It’s possible the deposit was credited to your another account. In this case, you can easily perform an internal transfer between your accounts in the "My accounts" section.
In some cases, additional verification may be required before the payment is credited. If further information is needed, you will be notified via messages in your Personal Account and by email.
