How to withdraw?
Desktop
Log in to your account using your account credentials.
Open the Personal Account menu (hover over your name in the upper right corner) and select "Withdraw".
Select the account from which you would like to withdraw funds.
Enter the payment amount.
Select the necessary cryptocurrency as a withdrawal method.
Paste the address of your cryptocurrency wallet to withdraw funds. You can copy the address from your crypto wallet.
Important! Sending cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet may result in the loss of funds. Double-check all entered information before confirming the transaction.
Click "Withdraw".
Once the withdrawal request is approved and processed, the funds will be withdrawn to the specified crypto wallet.
Mobile app
Log in to your account using your account credentials.
Go to the "Wallet" section.
Tap "Withdraw".
Select the account from which you would like to withdraw funds.
Enter the payment amount.
Select the necessary cryptocurrency as a withdrawal method.
Paste your cryptocurrency wallet address to proceed with the withdrawal. You can copy the address from your crypto wallet or use the QR code scanning option.

Click "Withdraw".
Once the withdrawal request is approved and processed, the funds will be withdrawn to the specified crypto wallet.
