When creating a withdrawal request to your new crypto wallet, please follow these steps:
Open the Personal Account menu (hover over your name in the upper right corner) and select "Withdraw". In the mobile version, go to the "Wallet > Withdraw" section.
Select the account number, enter the (some methods may be unavailable in certain regions). Enter your wallet address you want to withdraw funds to and click "Withdraw".
To complete the withdrawal request, identity verification is required. You will see a correspondent notification.
Select the type of ID document you will use and upload it. After that follow the instructions shown on the screen to verify your face. System will need some time to check the documents and confirm it with facial verification. Please do not close the verification window or the app. Once documents are verified, your withdrawal request will be created and processed.
Please pay attention that in case of any data mismatch, additional checks might be needed and the process can take more time to verify your documents.
If you close the page or app before the verification is completed, your withdrawal request will not be created.
Once you've successfully verified a specific crypto wallet address, you won’t need to repeat the verification for future withdrawals to that same address.
For any new third-party wallet, you'll only need to complete the facial recognition step again.
