You can reset your MetaTrader terminal password in your Personal area if necessary. The new password will be generated automatically by the system and will be used for further connection to the MetaTrader account.
Desktop
Log in with your account credentials.
Select "My accounts" section (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
Select the account from the list on the left side bar.
In the "Credentials" section click "Reset" next to the password field.
Mobile app
Log in with your account credentials.
Go to the "More" section.
In the "Other accounts" section select the terminal.
Select the account needed.
Go to the "Credentials" menu.
Click "Reset" next to the password field.
