If you wish to close your MetaTrader account, please follow next steps:
Desktop
Log in with your account credentials.
Go to the "My accounts" section (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
Select the account you would like to close from the list on the left side bar.
Withdraw all funds from the MetaTrader account you want to close or transfer them to another account using the "Internal transfers" option.
Click the "Close account" button at the bottom of the page.
Mobile app
Log in with your account credentials.
Go to the "More" section.
In the "Other accounts" section select the terminal.
Select the account you would like to close.
Withdraw all funds from the MetaTrader account you want to close or transfer them to another account using the "Internal transfers" option.
Click the "Close account" button at the bottom of the page.
