How can I claim the result of a trade?

If you wish to file a complaint about a trade results, please send the following information to [email protected]:

  • Trading account number

  • Trade ID/number

  • Amount of loss

  • Detailed description of the issue that caused incorrect execution

  • Date and time of the issue

  • Screenshots or video files, if applicable

Please make sure to send the email from the address registered in your account.

Typically, such requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
