What should I do if I made a deposit from my WebMoney wallet but forgot to specify (or entered incorrectly) my trading account number?

In this case, the payment will be considered unrecognized by the system. To clarify the details, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • The date of the transfer;

  • The transaction amount;

  • Your WebMoney wallet number;

  • Your trading account number.

  • Be sure to attach a screenshot from your WebMoney personal account showing the successful transaction made in favor of the Company.

When sending the email, please use the email address linked to your trading account.
