You can transfer funds between accounts within one Personal Account with the help of the "Internal Transfer" feature.
Please note: bonuses received as a result of mining will be converted into regular bonuses when transferred to the bonus account. They can only be used in trading together with real funds.
The maximum period for an internal transfer is one business day. If the funds have not been credited within this time, please contact our Support Team.
Desktop
Go to the "My accounts" section (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
Select the "Internal transfers" option.
Select the accounts to participate in the transfer and specify the amount.
Click "Transfer funds".
Mobile app
Go to the "Wallet" section.
Select the "Internal transfers" option.
Select the accounts to participate in the transfer and specify the amount.
Click "Transfer funds".
