What should I do if I made a bankwire transfer but forgot to specify (or entered incorrectly) my trading account number?

In this case, the payment will be considered unrecognized by the system. To clarify the details, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • The amount, date, and time of the transfer;

  • The name of the bank from which the payment was made;

  • The location (city);

  • The BIC (Bank Identifier Code);

  • The trading account number.

Please make sure to send emails from the address linked to your trading account.
