Please note that a bankwire transfer may take 2 to 5 business days to process.
If your funds have not been credited to your trading account after completing a bankwire transfer, please check the following.
Ensure that the bank details were entered exactly as shown on your Personal Account Management page at the time of deposit.
If there were any mistakes in the payment details, you must immediately contact the bank from which the transfer was made to clarify the information. Based on your clarification, the bank will issue a letter to the recipient, and the funds will be credited to the settlement account and subsequently to your trading account.
If you’ve verified that the bank details used were correct, please send a scanned copy of the payment order to [email protected]. After receiving confirmation from the bank that the amount is currently held as "unidentified funds", you must urgently contact your bank to correct the details. The bank will then issue a formal letter to the recipient, after which the funds will be applied to the correct account and credited to your trading account.
If all payment details are correct but the "Payment purpose" field did not include your trading account number, the funds were received into our bank account but could not be matched to your trading account (they remain classified as unrecognized). In this case, please contact us at [email protected], explain the situation, and include the trading account number to which the funds should be credited.
