An error occurred on the side of the card-issuing bank. In this case, please contact your bank’s support team for assistance.
The limit on linked cards has been exceeded. If the system doesn’t allow you to enter a new card, it may indicate that you’ve reached the maximum number of linked cards. You can request the removal of outdated cards by contacting our Support Team.
When submitting your request, be sure to include the last 4 digits of the card number you wish to delete. Please note that once a card is removed, it can no longer be used for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.
