What should I do if I see an error during account funding?

In most cases, account funding occurs without any issues. However, if you do encounter a difficulty, please contact our Support Team. When sending emails, use the email address linked to your account.

In your email, please provide detailed payment information, such as:

  • Payment method;

  • The card/account number from which the funds were deposited;

  • The trading account number being funded;

  • Your full name, date, and amount of the payment.

Our specialists will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. Typically, such inquiries are resolved within one business day.
