Currently, it's not possible to add a profile photo.The platform does not support this feature.
How to change your information on the web version
To modify your personal data from the web platform:
Go to the Profile Management section.
Look for the field labeled "Personal Information."
3. Click on the "Edit" button located to the right of your personal details.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click "Save changes" to confirm.
✅ Done! Your updated details have been submitted for review.
How to change your information on the mobile app
If you're using the mobile app:
Open the Libertex app.
Tap on the "More" button (three dots in the bottom right corner).
Then tap on the icon next to your name in the top left corner.
4. Select the "Edit personal information" option.
5. Edit the information you want to update.
6. Tap "Save changes" to confirm.
Verification and processing time
After submitting your updates, the system will ask you to upload scanned copies of your ID to verify your identity.
⚠️ Important: Your changes won’t take effect immediately. The Libertex team needs 1–2 business days to review and approve your request.
