I know my current password
Desktop
Go to the "Profile management" section in your Personal Account area (hover over your name in the upper right corner).
At the bottom of the page select "Edit" next to the "Password" field.
Сreate a new password and click "Save changes".
Mobile app
Go to the "More" section.
Click on your name at the top of the page.
Go to the "Personal details" menu and select the "Change password" option.
Create a new password and confirm it.
I forgot my current password
Use the password recovery page or the "Restore password" button on the login page.
For the password restoration the email address used for registration must be previously confirmed in your account. Click "Send e-mail".
Instructions on how to change the password will be sent to your email address. Check your Inbox and the "Spam" folder and open the email.
Click on the link attached in the email. If nothing happens, copy the link to the browser's search bar and open it.
Enter a new password twice and click "Confirm new password".
If you do not have access to the email linked to your account, please contact our Support Team. Please note that for the password recovery an identification document may be required.
