What should I do if I don’t receive the SMS code when trying to deposit?

When funding your account, payment systems may send you a confirmation SMS.

For example, if you are depositing funds using a bank card, an SMS message with a code will be sent to you.

If you do not receive the SMS code, please follow these steps:

  • Make sure airplane mode is turned off on your device.

  • Contact your bank (or payment system) to check for any temporary restrictions or issues. In most cases, reaching out directly to the payment system’s support team helps resolve the problem quickly.

  • If you're using a bank card, ensure that the 3D Secure feature is enabled.
    This security setting is responsible for sending SMS codes. Without it completing the transaction may not be possible. In most cases, 3D Secure is enabled by default, but if you encounter issues, check its status with your bank.
