Why is my withdrawal request processed manually?

Typically, withdrawal requests to e-wallets and bank cards are processed instantly and automatically. However, in some cases, additional verification of such requests may be required.

This procedure is aimed at ensuring the security of clients’ funds and accounts. It is a standard process applied to all accounts without exception when necessary.

The need for manual review may arise due to a new IP-address, a new withdrawal method or other reasons. If your request is being processed manually, you will see a corresponding notification. Additionally, you will receive an email informing you that your request is under manual review.

Once the request has been processed by our specialists, it will appear in your Personal Account under Reports > Payments history.
